Exmouth House

Exmouth House, whilst structurally sound, was a neglected and tired building far removed from its grand history. It contained beautiful Georgian features and architecture. In addition to a full renovation, the mahogany turned staircase was restored to its former glory and we opened up a large living space in order to give a contemporary feel to a classic old building. We created a “cottage style” garden to the front with small lawned areas, a vegetable patch to the side and an old chapel (part of the property) was converted to a workshop with access to the upstairs provided via a hand built external staircase.
