PROJECTS

In recent years, we’ve had the privilege to work on a range of beautiful, and some not so beautiful, buildings for renovation. It is always incredible to see the end result of your team’s hard work.

Take a look at a few examples of our recent work below (click on image / links for more detail):

The Old Dairy was a beautiful but neglected building in Pink Moors, just outside Redruth, Cornwall. There is always great scope for renovation work with old buildings in order to preserve character but add something contemporary at the same time. The Old Dairy did just that and was a great opportunity to showcase the best of what we can do at Elliot Lawrie Renovations with full property renovation and interior design.

Exmouth House is a property just outside Chacewater which was featured on Channel 4’s Relocation, Relocation, Relocation. Kirstie and Phil spent a lot of time at the property and the couple chose Exmouth House as their home. As testament to how we work and the importance we place on customer satisfaction, doing things right and providing follow up service, the buyers became friends and remain so to this day.

Townshend, In a beautiful setting, this 1960s uninspiring block-built house was given a new lease of life by the creation of “a modern take on an old country cottage”, with Shaker influences providing some of the design elements. The colour palette was very earthy in order to match the location and we used Farrow & Ball paints throughout as they matched our design ideas perfectly.

St Agnes, An old miner’s cottage was given a new lease of life with a full renovation over the space of four months. Re-using as much of the original fittings as possible, we created some fantastic living spaces, as well as a great home.
