At Elliot Lawrie Renovations we are simple people with a simple idea – to do property renovation better. We specialise in turning drab interiors and crumbling exteriors into beautiful living spaces by adding a splash of contemporary and a healthy dose of classic design.

A carpenter by trade but with extensive experience working in the retail industry, Elliot Lawrie has always had an eye for detail and this is clear in all aspects his work and list of satisfied customers throughout Cornwall and the south west.

So what exactly do we do?

Property renovation is an area of expertise. We have restored anything from seventeenth century Cornish cottages to unappealing 1950s houses, using subtle colour and intricate detailing to bring them up to date while, in the case of the old cottages, retaining as much of the old character as possible.

Interior design advice is undertaken by both Elliot Lawrie and Jess Lawrie. As part of our property renovation service, we provide free interior design advice on colours, patterns, furniture and more. We also undertake bespoke interior design work, as well as “property dressing” in order to maximise sale potential.
